If you’re in “go mode” from the moment you wake up, your bowels may never get the signal that it’s time to go. 🌀

Taking a few minutes every morning to sit, relax, and allow your body to do its thing creates the structure your gut needs for daily bowel movements.

Because pooping daily starts with giving yourself the time + space to actually poop daily.

What is your go-to breakfast that you swear by? 

I’ve got three: 

- blueberry smoothie with vanilla @goodprotein + peanut butter + banana + roasted flax seeds + handful of spinach + soy milk 

- oats + peanut butter protein powder (@goodprotein obvs!) + chia seeds + tahini + blueberries + pumpkin seeds 

- 2 eggs + egg whites with @silverhillsbakery bread + peanut butter, topped with tons a cinnamon, flaky sea salt and a side of blueberries 

(Okay I’ve got soo many more, but these are my go-to’s right now)
